Hey, I’m James —I've been a photographer for around six years now. I just recently move to North Carolina and am looking forward to many great shoots here. I'm a big traveler/hiker and an avid cat lover with the occasional dog. If you like my work, please reach out and we'll get something going!
My Philosophy
I believe the best photos happen when you're not thinking about the camera.
My approach is simple: create a comfortable, fun experience where you can just be yourselves. I'll guide you through natural prompts and movements, but the magic happens in the in-between moments — the laugh after the pose, the look you give each other when you think no one's watching.
That's the bright cinematic feeling. Real moments, beautiful light, timeless images.
